Eligibility Requirements
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear & Bikini Sets (if hygiene seal is removed)
- Bodysuits (if hygiene strip is removed)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return & Exchange Process

- Product name and size
- Reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- If exchange, specify preferred size/color
2Receive Authorization
We will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional instructions if needed
3Package and Ship
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your request within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation once completed.
Refund Information
